If you are interested in seeing what businesses are for sale there are three links you can use, organized by geographic location.  The first link is to listings mainly in our local Northern California area.  The second link covers the listings for the State of California while the third link is if you are planning on moving out of state and would like to search our national database of  businesses for sale.  If you have any questions please call Andrew on (916) 570-2674 so we can help you with your search options. 

If you find a business that’s of interest to you it will require completing and returning a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Confidentiality Agreement to me.  If you would like some limited preliminary information before completing the NDA, please call me and I will provide detailed information once you have shown you are financially qualified and we have met and discussed the business in person.

 Available meeting places include my Sacramento, Folsom, and Davis offices or a convenient location that works for both of us.

If you would like to search our database of businesses for sale please click here. A new browser window will open so you can customize the search criteria to find a business in a specific State, County within a specific State, or the whole of the United States.  To customize the search criteria in the Country, choose USA. Now choose the “Display USA States” button so you can select the State and then choose the “Local Counties” button to narrow your search.   Now move down the page and choose any other criteria important to you and at the bottom of the page hit the “Start Search” button so your results are displayed.
